 Description:

The three-way catalyst (TWC) is made of cordierite honeycomb ceramics as a carrier, rare earth composite oxides as additives, and a small amount of precious metals (pd/pd/RH) added and sintered after a special coating process. The product makes full use of the coordinated effects of precious metals and rare earth composite oxides. The carbon monoxide CO, hydrocarbons HC, and nitrogen oxides NOX in the exhaust gas undergo oxidation/reduction, thereby converting them into non-toxic carbon dioxide, water and nitrogen.
    According to the different standards of the carrier required by the vehicle, the quality of the carrier is also different. It can be divided into Euro 1 (white carrier, which does not have any exhaust filtering function, but only serves as a noise reduction effect), and Euro 2 (addition of rare earth compound) Euro 3 Euro 3 OBD (addition of platinum, palladium) Euro 4 (addition of platinum, palladium, rhodium) Euro 5 and other standards.
