Ceramic Spark Plug Ignition ElectrodeThe ceramic spark ignition rods are widely used in ignition devise of combustion machine, boiler, with strong points such as sensitive ignition, durable, strong ageing resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high dielectric strength. Standard interface thread is M14× 1.25, M16 × 1.5, M18 × 1.5, G1/2. Ignition electrode needle is Φ 2.6 Φ 3Φ 5 and Φ 3.5. The electrode needle length can be produced according to customer requirements, the ceramic parts of electrode needle can be assembled according to the different requirements of customers.
Ceramic ignition/ induction probe
Characteristics: Aging and high temperature resistance, perfect insulation, high strength, good stability, suitable for different environment.
Technical parameter: 0.5 to 1.5mm in diameter, length of 50- 80mm, insulation strength>15KV/mm.

The main applications are in the area of thermal processes. Protection tubes, insulators, radiant tubes, support tubes for electric heaters, beams, profiles, incineration aids and special fabrications.

Pythagoras(Aluminous Porcelain) is rated to 1400oC
The Porous Material is:
Sillimantin 60 and is rated at 1350oC
Sillimantin has better thermal shock resistance and is used mainly in furnace tubes, however can be used as an outer protection sheath if thermal shock is critical.
